The Sheep IS PINK, LLC Shipping Policy
We offer free ground shipping on domestic orders over $60 (excludes orders to Alaska and Hawaii), after discounts and prior to sales tax, shipping to the continental U.S. Shipping rates for orders under $60, international orders, and expedited orders will be calculated based on the order total and the destination address.
The Sheep IS Pink orders are processed and shipped within an estimated 2 to 3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on the weekends or U.S. holidays.
If your order is time sensitive, we strongly encourage you to select an expedited shipping method or email us for further assistance (thesheepispink@gmail.com).
Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays (including Black Friday week), new product launches and sales.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed by our fulfillment center as soon as possible on the following business day.
At this time we are not able to ship for Saturday delivery. Please also keep in mind that most carriers do not deliver on holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International or FedEx international. simply enter your destination country during check out.
The Pink Sheep is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. international orders have extended delivery times and all orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by that country. The Pink Sheep is not associated with these fees and cannot predict what they will be on the receiving end of the shipment. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.
Our team ships orders, to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS or FedEx SmartPost.
We’re unable to change the shipping address on an order once it’s placed. Once your order ships, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to update your address. For orders shipped via FedEx, you can update your address by following the steps here. For orders shipped via USPS, you can update your address by following the steps here. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
